Comparing us with another tool? Two things decide what a plan actually covers: which engines it checks, and how often. Here every paid plan checks every question on all 6 default engines on demand (Free checks Perplexity only). Pro and Agency check every question daily on Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, with a weekly deep check on ChatGPT and Claude; Starter checks weekly, with a trend check every 3 days, or daily on the low-cost engines you choose. You can trade engines for questions: drop the costly ones and track up to three times as many. Daily costs more questions than weekly: choose weekly and track more. No engine is sold as an add-on. Some tools price a subset of engines and charge separately for the rest, so a bigger question count can cover less; others run a smaller set more often, so a bigger check count can mean fewer engines. Neither total settles it alone: price the engines AND the cadence you actually want on each side.

Past that the shape of the work changes — larger question pools, more brands, procurement, a security questionnaire, an invoice instead of a card. We price those individually rather than pretending a public tier fits.

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan is free forever — no card required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, once you are on a paid plan: one click in Settings opens the billing portal. You keep your plan until the end of your billing period.
What does Starter include — and what doesn't it?
Starter covers monitoring plus direction: all 6 default engines on 20 questions for one site (or up to three times as many on fewer engines), a weekly automatic check on its engines with won/lost alerts (all 6 on demand), a trend check every 3 days on the 10 questions you pick — or, if you choose it, a daily check on its low-cost engines instead — on-demand checks whenever you need them (at least 80 full checks a month on all 6 default engines, more while you track fewer questions) and GEO audits within fair use, and one AI GEO coaching plan a month. The Pro workbench — coaching on demand, content briefs and drafts, API/MCP, up to 5 sites and 80 questions — stays on Pro.
What counts as a website?
One tracked domain, with its own snippet, dashboard, and GEO audit.
How many on-demand checks does each plan include?
At least 80 full checks a month on Starter, 20 on Pro and 19 on Agency, each asking all 6 engines — more if you run fewer. That is the floor, with every question your plan holds tracked. On top of it you get whatever your untracked question room would have used: automatic checks hold room only for the questions you track, plus a few more, and the rest of the month is yours to run on demand. With every question tracked, Agency's number is not higher than Pro's for a plain reason: daily checks use most of the monthly allowance, and Agency's 220 daily questions leave about as much on-demand room as Pro's 80. Starter checks weekly by default, so more of its allowance is left for the checks you start yourself. Add questions mid-month and their automatic checks for the rest of the month come out of that on-demand room; if it is used up, they start on the 1st. Settings shows your own number, on your own engines, every month.
What if I need more on-demand checks in one month?
Need more on-demand checks in a month? A €129 top-up adds 450+ full checks on all 6 engines to that month — more if you run fewer engines; automatic checks are never affected.
Can I pick which engines to track?
Yes, on every paid plan: the account owner picks them in Settings → Engines & schedule, and the question count updates before you save. Engines cost different amounts to ask, so fewer or cheaper engines leave room for more questions, up to three times your plan's question count. Pro tracks 80 questions on all 6 engines, or 148 on ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini alone. Starter checks weekly by default and can turn on daily checks for its low-cost engines, which ends its every-3-days trend check: on its three engines with Perplexity and Gemini daily, it tracks 22 questions instead of 20. No engine is sold as an add-on, and a change applies from your next check.
What if I outgrow Pro but do not need Agency?
Pro and Agency can buy capacity without changing tier: +50 tracked questions for €79/month, and +5 sites for €59/month, up to 4 question packs and 3 site packs per account. Extra questions run on the same engines as the ones your plan includes. On yearly billing, packs are charged 12 × their monthly price (no discount): Agency's two months free apply to the plan itself, not to the packs.
Do these prices include VAT?
No — every price we publish is excl. VAT. Stripe adds the rate for your country at checkout, and a business in the EU can enter a VAT number there so the reverse charge applies.
When am I billed?
Paid plans are billed on the 1st of each month; your first invoice covers the days until then, so you only pay for the part of the month you are on the plan. A yearly plan is billed on the same 1st once a year. Moving up applies at once and is prorated; moving down takes effect on the 1st.
What's the difference between Pro and Agency?
Both track the same way. Pro covers up to 5 sites and 80 tracked questions; Agency covers up to 15 sites, 220 questions, and includes white-label client reports — built for freelancers and agencies managing multiple brands. If you only need the white-label part, it is a €29/month add-on on Starter and Pro rather than a reason to jump a tier.
Founding Agency — the first 20
