Availability
What we promise about uptime
Short version: Promvia is run as a best-effort service and does not carry a contractual uptime guarantee. This page says exactly what that means, because a number nobody measures would be worse than no page at all.
There is no uptime SLA
No plan, including Agency, comes with a contractual availability figure or service credits. We do not publish a percentage because we do not yet operate the independent monitoring that would make one true. If your procurement needs a committed figure, write to us before you buy rather than after — we would rather say no than sign something we cannot measure.
What an outage actually costs you
Checks are queued work, not live requests: a run that cannot reach an answer engine is recorded as failed and retried, and your history, scores and tracked questions are unaffected. A provider outage on one engine shows up in your results as a failed check for that engine rather than as missing data you cannot see.
How you find out
If an incident affects your account's data or billing we email you — those are product notices, not marketing, so they arrive whatever your email preferences say. We do not have a subscribable status feed yet; when an external monitor is in place its address will be published here.
Checking right now
The application answers a health check at /api/health, which reports whether the app and its database are reachable. It is a live answer about this deployment, not a historical record.
