Terms of Service

The English version of this document is authoritative.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Promvia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Promvia provides analytics about traffic and revenue from AI assistants, and recommendations to help you get recommended by AI. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Only install the Promvia snippet on websites you own or control. Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, send excessive or fraudulent data, or use Promvia for any unlawful purpose.

Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance for the term you choose — monthly or yearly — and renew automatically for the same term until you cancel. Optional add-ons are billed on the same term as the plan they attach to. You can cancel at any time from Settings — choose the Free plan and the billing portal opens, where cancelling takes one click. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the term you have already paid for, so you keep everything until that period ends, and your data stays until you delete it. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice, never for a period already paid.

If you are buying as a consumer

Promvia is built for businesses, and most customers buy in the course of a trade. If you are buying as a private individual, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Because a subscription starts working the moment it is paid for, we ask you at checkout to confirm two things: that you want it to start immediately, and that you understand you lose the withdrawal right once it has been fully performed. If you withdraw before then, you pay only for the part already provided. Nothing here limits the mandatory consumer rights of the country you live in.

Your data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of your data. For the visitor data our snippet collects on your website you are the data controller and Promvia is your processor — we hold and process it on your instructions, for your purposes, never our own. That makes disclosing your use of analytics, and obtaining any consent your jurisdiction requires, your responsibility; answering a visitor who asks what is held about them is also yours, and we give you the tools to answer. The terms of that processing are set out in our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms and takes effect when you accept them — you do not have to ask us for one.

Availability and disclaimers

Promvia is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. AI-citation results and attribution are best-effort estimates, not guarantees. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promvia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, and any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

Termination

You may stop using Promvia and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service.

Who can use Promvia

You need to be at least 16 years old to have an account. Promvia is a tool for running a website or a business, and it is not designed or intended for children.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

The governing law and competent courts are published on the company details page. They are being finalised with the company registration and will be in place before Promvia accepts any payment; until then nothing here restricts where you may bring a claim.
